Starday
Three habits every kid needs, every single day. This is the starter checklist we include for every age in Starday — print it for the bathroom door, or let your child check it off as quests and earn stars.

Paper charts die in a week. In Starday, every task on this list becomes a quest your child checks off on their own — earning stars they spend in a rewards shop you control. One family code syncs every device.
Make the habit visible and let the child own the checkmark. Brushing anchored to the same two moments every day — after breakfast, before pajamas — stops being a negotiation and becomes "what happens next". Brush alongside younger kids, use a two-minute song or timer, and reward the streak, not the single brush.
Dentists recommend two minutes, twice a day. Kids have no sense of how long two minutes is, so give them a timer, an hourglass, or a song that lasts exactly that long — the tool does the enforcing so you don't have to.
Anchor each habit to something that already happens: teeth after breakfast, shower before pajamas. Then make completion visible — a paper checklist on the bathroom door, or quests in Starday that pay out stars the moment they're done. Habits stick when the child checks the box, not the parent.
